Mission Statement - Protecting California's beaches and marine life, voluntarily, from plastics and other pollutants.
Coastal Angels is a growing network of volunteers who dedicate a minimum of three hours a month picking up trash on our plastic plagued beaches. Our volunteers are primarily students and clubs who need to fulfill community service hours - and participating in a beach cleanup is a fun way to do that! Wewant citizens and marine life to actually be in a safe and clean environment. We're a non-profit organization that simply cares about the health of marine life as well as keeping the public safe from hazardous waste around our beaches and in the ocean. We recognize the impact that our Southern California beach lifestyle can inadvertently have on wildlife. We understand that people do care, but some simply neglect to consider the effects of littering, leaving animals’ habitat dangerous to them.
Please Save These Beach Cleanup Dates!
